We're seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager to take the lead in driving two iconic Australian fashion brands – Cue and Veronika Maine.

This is a 4-month contract with immediate start, perfect for a senior marketer ready to step in, take ownership, and make an impact.

In this role, you'll lead the overall marketing strategy for the upcoming season (AW25) to align with business goals— setting objectives and planning initiatives that build growth and brand awareness. You'll steer brand positioning, elevate customer engagement, and ensure our campaigns cut through in a competitive fashion retail market. You will also be responsible for execution of the planned marketing deliverables during the key trading period of November and December.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and deliver seasonal marketing plans and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Lead brand positioning & messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand Creative, and eCommerce to deliver an integrated GTM strategy.
  • Manage Marketing Critical Path for campaigns, collateral, and all creative assets.
  • Manage retail marketing initiatives, e.g. store openings, centre relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major retail partners and deliver joint marketing plan for the upcoming season (Myer, David Jones, centre groups)
  • Analyse competitors and trends to keep the brand ahead.
  • Lead, coach and support small but mighty Marketing team – PR & Influencer Manager and Marketing Executive
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget in alignment with the Marketing & Digital Director.

About you

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing leadership role within fashion, beauty or relevant omni retail environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns, PR activities and omni retail marketing calendar that drive results.
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Confident working across creative, digital, and retail marketing functions.
