Account Manager

As our talent division continues to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager – Talent to help drive influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, and creator campaigns. This role sits at the heart of our social and talent offering, managing end-to-end campaign delivery, building strong client and talent relationships, and leading the talent expertise within the business.

An opportunity with scale, pace and massive creative potential, it requires someone with bounds of energy, expert problem solving skills and an inherent passion for influencer marketing. Key skills / Experience

• Min 3+ years agency and/or talent experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong influencer or PR experience
• Strategic outlook

• History of working on strong and trusted client relationships

Strategic and creative contribution

• Strategic with an understanding of social inc. platform knowledge, creative excellence, influencer relations, paid media and measurement
• Strong experience working with influencers and managing relationships
• Drives accounts with purpose and develops work that meets the clients business goals
• Able to analyse influencer and social performance and report on campaigns
• Culturally connected with an obsession for all things pop culture
• Strong creative judgement and is able to effectively shape work
• Actively contributes to the creative process and builds on ideas

• Recruits and pipelines talent across the client service team

Influencer Knowledge

• Champions best practice influencer work and performs an audit on the agency's offering and overall market.
• Reviews and introduces processes and initiatives that aid in efficiency and shared learning
• In conjunction with the Head of Talent & PR, helps grow the agency's influencer proposition
• Stays abreast of the daily developments in influencer and shares this amongst the agency inc. new trends, new talent and new platform updates
• Reviews current tracking tools and puts forward recommendations on future partners
• Participates in pitching and client engagement initiatives to drive the agency's overall expertise in influencer

Account Management

• Displays a can-do approach to picking up any brief and making it happen
• Thinks ahead, anticipates opportunities and problems and then makes a plan
• Is perceived by senior clients and management team to be leading the team to deliver
• Provides day to day direction to ensure the whole team knows where we are, where we need to go and how we're going to get there
• Effectively leads meetings to ensure they're efficient and productive
• Communicates powerfully and effectively throughout the process
• Spots and resolves issues as they arise and acts to mitigate risk
