Marketing & Showroom Coordinator

**Overview**:
Aje invites you to be a part of this new era as we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Showroom Coordinator, to join our Head Office Team. Based at the Sydney Head Office this role will require you to build demand and a must have desire in the athleisure and fashion space for Aje Athletica and Aje by delivering a high level of service and support from the PR showroom, strategic brand/marketing initiatives and supporting relevant events and activations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Samples & showroom management:

- Coordinating all sample loans, tracking and returns for Media loans, all shoots, celebrities, influencers, tastemakers, sales/digital/production teams
- Initiating and safeguarding efficient systems for sample send outs, tracking and returns
- Managing inventory and reception of new, and archiving of old collections
- Ensuring brand-aligned wrapping and packaging that highlights the value of the product with all gifting / loans
- Ensuring optimal management of showroom facilities: sample display, garment care
- Coordinate and manage monthly seeding lists for friends of the brand and relevant talent/tastemakers to generate organic coverage and build relationships

Retail marketing:

- Support the Marketing Manager on roll outs and execution of retail marketing campaigns and initiatives; with campaigns and activations that drive footfall of relevant target audience to all Aje & AJE ATHLETICA retail locations in AU & NZ
- Act as the marketing contact for store RM’s, Store Managers & senior members of the retail team for any relevant marketing and communications requests
- Support Marketing Manager to execute plans and tactics to reverse negative trends in underperforming stores _E.G. Store support plans to promote trade and increased footfall_
- Work collaboratively with the CRM & Loyalty Executive to concept/execute VIP events and clienteling communications that amplify retail activity, nurture relationships, maximize sales and provide exceptional customer experience for top-tier clients
- Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure all retail marketing activities are delivered within budget
- Support with sharing any relevant Aje & AJE ATHLETICA assets, promotions and key marketing activities to retail stores & wholesale partners

Centre marketing:

- Build and nurture relationships both internally and externally (centre marketing contacts, 3rd party suppliers, landlords & local councils) to ensure Aje & AJE ATHLETICA’s inclusion in marketing campaigns across all relevant on and offline marketing touch points e.g. eDM, website presence, social media, VM display, events etc. by supplying all relevant assets and content in a timely manner.
- Together with the Marketing Manager, meet with the centre teams regularly to identify opportunities to amplify awareness of store locations and promote key product and brand moments
- Track and report on all centre marketing activity on a weekly, monthly and project basis (PIR) against success criteria: Delivery, online/offline centre coverage outcomes, expenditure, associated revenues, transaction values, footfalls, return on investment.

Press office, media, stylist & influencer relations:

- Supplying credits to publications if needed for samples shot
- Supply ghost imagery and flatly imagery seasonally to media and brand partners
- Being a reliable, friendly and on-brand representative of the Aje collective brand
- Maintaining an up to date master contact list and friends of the brand and Media
- Fulfill domestic gifting requests as directed by the Marketing and PR team

Event management:

- Support the marketing team with regular press and influencer events
- Supporting Marketing manager on any Runway shows, Collection launches, Gym/Studio/Wellness Events and/or activations
- Support the PR and marketing team on ad-hoc events for wholesale, retail and key brand moments

Reporting & administrative support:

- Track all press, influencer, VIP, Centre & Wholesale social activity into the tracker + report every Monday in time for the Aje & AJE ATHLETICA trade meetings for Marketing Manager and Director
- Ensure all annual reports for year on year analysis are shared with marketing team
- Assist the Digital Marketing manager with booking all affiliate partner placements, managing contracts in impact and reporting on coverage & commission
