Position Overview
We are on the hunt for a standout Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a strategic, creative, and driven PR professional who thrives in both consumer and corporate environments.
You'll have the chance to own campaigns end-to-end, lead a dynamic team, and deliver ideas that cut through the noise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns across B2C and B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong media and influencer relationships, driving impactful coverage and advocacy.
- Manage client relationships with confidence, providing strategic counsel and exceptional service.
- Drive creative and experiential campaign ideas that go beyond "traditional PR".
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Oversee event planning and execution, from intimate media briefings to large-scale activations.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign outcomes, offering clear insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5+ years' experience in a PR agency environment (consumer and/or corporate).
- Proven ability to deliver standout campaigns across both B2C and B2B sectors.
- Strong network of media and influencer contacts across lifestyle, business, and trade press.
- Excellent storytelling, pitching, and written communication skills.
- Confident client-facing skills with a proven ability to manage accounts independently.
- Strategic mindset with creativity, curiosity, and a solutions-first approach.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.
