Job Description

Join our dynamic recruitment team in Brisbane, Australia, and play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for our Travel Nurse Regional, Rural and Remote clients. As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline across various industries and roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidate resumes and qualifications to ensure a good match with job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate closely with Consultants and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay current with industry trends, job market conditions, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills to identify and attract top talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and best practices.
