An exciting opportunity exists to provide high-level administrative support to the Teacher Recruitment Team by maintaining recruitment systems, managing candidate communications, coordinating recruitment activities, and
contributing to the efficiency and compliance of recruitment processes.

About the Team and Work Environment

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative Teacher Recruitment Team based in Mary Street, Brisbane.

The team is committed to delivering high-quality recruitment services that support schools across Queensland.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
  • Experience using HR or recruitment systems
