Recruitment Coordinator - 8 Week Contract

Pajingo Gold Mine (near Charters Towers, QLD)

$60-$70 per hour + super | Flat rate contract

Monday-Friday | 10-hour days | Immediate Start

We're on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team for a short-term 8-week assignment at the Pajingo Gold Mine.

This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll hit the ground running, managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced mining environment.

What you'll bring

  • Solid recruitment experience in the mining/resources sector (essential)
  • Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors (essential)
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent priorities with confidence
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Availability for the full 8-week contract

What's on offer

  • $60-$70 per hour + super (flat rate)
  • 10-hour days, Monday-Friday
  • Accommodation provided in Charters Towers (fully serviced house for the 8 week duration)
  • All meals provided during the assignment
  • We'll cover your flights from anywhere in Australia to Townsville and arrange transport to site. At the end of your 8-week assignment, we'll also get you back home with return flights provided.
  • Weekends free to explore North Queensland - from historic Charters Towers to the coast, rainforests, and the Great Barrier Reef
