As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to enhance our team's capabilities.

The Role: Now Careers is offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our Building & Construction Labour Hire team. You will play a key role in supporting consultants by sourcing and managing candidates, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system. This is a perfect role for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain candidate records within the CRM system.
  • Conduct initial candidate pre-registration and assessments to ensure suitability.
  • Onboard candidates by facilitating the registration process and verifying compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and consultants/clients.
  • Assist with writing job advertisements and posting them on multiple job boards.
  • Provide exceptional candidate care, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support consultants with administration tasks, reference checking, and database management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a resourcing or administrative role within recruitment is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and recruitment platforms is advantageous.
  • A proactive and driven attitude with a passion for recruitment.
