This Talent Acquisition Coordinator role supports end-to-end external recruitment and internal relocation assistance for a highly regarded, major international organisation, from opening a vacancy on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) through to administration of the onboarding process. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract that may go permanent in the future.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a TA or HR Coordinator/ Administrator.
  • Managed calendars to ensure timely, well-organised interviews.
  • Worked for a large organisation with a complex structure and processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, used to ensuring compliance to a high standard.
  • Worked closely with external suppliers/vendors for the completion of onboarding checks (organise medical, police checks, etc).
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change in an evolving environment.
  • Inquisitive mindset - able to identify compliance or process issues and ensure accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, used to working with a range of stakeholders and writing professional emails and brief reports.
  • Demonstrable skills in developing a knowledge of policies, processes and culture to support business strategic goals.
  • Strong technical skills having worked with multiple systems including TA/HR related systems, Word, Excel, etc.
