Are you passionate about recruitment and keen to make a difference in the not-for-profit sector? We're seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team on a temporary basis in Indooroopilly.

Description

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles and screening applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement recruitment strategies tailored to the not-for-profit sector.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant legislation.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Officer should have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate of approximately AUD 35 to AUD 45, commensurate with experience.
