Equipe Advisory is a boutique accounting and advisory firm committed to excellence in client service. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality outcomes with a personal touch. We're seeking a professional and motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our clients and staff.

This role is more than reception — you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring client service commitments are delivered and supporting our directors, managers, and staff with day-to-day administration and projects. You'll also play an important role in onboarding new clients and ensuring their experience with us is smooth from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • Being the first point of contact for our clients — greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing our reception.

  • Coordinating and scheduling client meetings.

  • Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence, including ATO and ASIC documents.

  • Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining accurate client records.

  • Supporting the team with document preparation and database management.

  • Assisting with operational projects and contributing to process improvements.

  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the front of house runs smoothly.

What we're looking for:

  • A professional, friendly, and proactive communicator who enjoys building client relationships.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with Xero Practice Manager (XPM) or similar practice management software would be an advantage — but we're happy to train the right person.

  • Someone who thrives in a team environment but can also take initiative.

  • Previous admin or reception experience (professional services experience is highly regarded but not essential).
