About the role

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Receptionist/ Office Coordinator to join our growing team at My Physio My Health in Adelaide, SA. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional patient support and managing administrative duties for our allied health clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
  • Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services
  • Processing payments, invoices and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Providing administrative support to the allied health professionals

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or allied health setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of patients
  • Proficient in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, patient and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
