About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist/Concierge to join our team at Mawson Lakes Volkswagen . As the first point of contact for our customers, this full-time role will be crucial in providing an exceptional experience and setting the tone for their visit to our dealership.

What you'll be doing

• Warmly greeting and welcoming customers, both in person and on the phone
• Efficiently managing the front desk and coordinating the flow of visitors
• Providing general administrative support, including handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
• Assisting with the organisation and distribution of customer information and documentation
• Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
• Supporting the wider team with various tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
