Our Clerical Team is at the heart of every patient interaction, providing essential administrative support with professionalism, compassion, and a personal touch. With 14 clinics across Adelaide and strong relationships with leading private hospitals, our team plays a critical role in ensuring every patient's journey is seamless and positive.

Variety across multiple clinics in either the Central or Southern region

Available roles are within the following regions (please indicate your preference in your application):

  • Central Region – rostered across Memorial Private Hospital, Campbelltown, Calvary North Adelaide Hospital & Victoria Park.
  • Southern Region – rostered across Flinders Private Hospital, Marion, Brighton, Stirling & Parkside.

What You'll Do

  • Answer calls in the patient phone queue with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage patient bookings and provide all necessary information (arrival times, preparation, cost estimates)
  • Register and update patient information accurately to ensure seamless service
  • Greet and process patients in clinic with empathy and care
  • Support smooth clinic operations with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or bookings staff (radiology experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent teamwork and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
  • A calm and caring approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask across systems
