The role

We're seeking a confident and polished Receptionist to join the Adelaide office on a full-time basis (8:30am–5:30pm). This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays an integral part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Managing meeting room bookings, set-up, and catering
  • Assisting with events and internal functions
  • Handling incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Coordinating suppliers and maintaining office presentation
  • Providing administrative support to internal teams

You'll be someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service and creating a positive first impression.

  • Has previous experience in a professional services or corporate environment (law firm experience highly regarded)
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has a professional and polished presentation
