We are seeking a friendly, professional and experienced Medical Receptionist required to work at Elizabeth Vale rooms. To succeed in this role you will need to bring strong administrative skills. You will be a proactive professional with a high level of attention to detail and also use your initiative with the capability to effectively manage and use your time throughout the day. You must have excellent interpersonal skills who can work well in a team and independently in an office environment.

Experienced required:

  • Excellent customer service skills preferably with previous experience
  • Excellent communication skills including a professional and personable phone manner
  • Excellent computer and literacy skills
  • Knowledge of Medicare and EFTPOS
  • Must be well organised with the ability to prioritise
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to data entry
  • Ability to work as part of a team and show initiative
  • Neat and professional presentation
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greeting patients and entering patients details into database
  • Responsible for Doctors Clinics
  • Front desk reception
  • Scheduling appointments for patients
  • Other administration/reception support as required
  • Medicare billing/Private Patient Claiming
