What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while converting a steady stream of inbound leads.
- Build genuine partnerships - understand clients' marketing needs and deliver creative branded solutions.
- Develop and present proposals, quotes, and product ideas that drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time, and on brand.
- Track performance, forecast growth, and consistently exceed your sales goals.
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years proven experience in B2B account management, sales, or client success.
- Confident communicator who builds rapport fast.
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and motivated by growth and financial success.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving, fun environment.
- A team player who brings energy, initiative, and positivity to everything you do.
