  • Customer service Skills : Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Experience : Not a must but similar experience in a medical clinic environment and Best Practice software (or similar) experience would be an added advantage
  • Education: Additional Certification in medical administration is a plus
  • Administrative skills: Proficiency in managing appointments, patient medical software systems is advantage
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to accurately record patient information and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Organizational skills: Capable of addressing patient inquiries, handling doctors requests/inquiries and assisting with other front desk tasks.
  • Team Player : Should be able to work well within a team, supporting the clinic's doctors, staff and patients with dedication and positive attitude

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.50 per hour

Experience:
