We are looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and provide assistance as needed
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the calendar effectively
  • Answer phone calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls appropriately
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence

Qualifications:

  • High school certificate; relevant certification in medical office administration is a plus
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred but not mandatory a straining will be provided
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Must know how to speak and understand English, Punjabi and Hindi
