Medical Receptionist – Join Our Patient-Centred Team

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming and professional clinic.

Employment Type: Casual

Remuneration: hourly rate based on experience and award classification (inclusive of casual loading)

Shifts: Flexible scheduling available, with advance notice provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage bookings, billing, and patient records in accordance with privacy laws

  • Respond to phone and email enquiries

  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation

  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks

What You'll Bring

  • Prior experience in medical reception or healthcare administration

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Familiarity with Medical Director or Pracsoft is a plus, but not essential
