The Role
We're looking for a reliable and professional Medical Receptionist who wants to build a long-term career in healthcare administration. This role is perfect for someone organised, patient-focused, and enthusiastic.
Experience matters Previous experience in medical reception is preferred and highly regarded, but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills who are ready to step into the healthcare industry.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist patients with care and professionalism
- Manage bookings, appointments, and schedules
- Handle phone and email enquiries
- Support doctors, nurses, and practice management with daily operations
- Process payments and Medicare claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
What We're Looking For
- Medical reception experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Interested in long-term growth in medical administration
