We are seeking a full time senior medical secretary to join our specialist medical group.  Located in the Fitzroy hospital precinct, we are a team of neurologists and a psychiatrist with a very busy subspecialty clinical practice.  The role requires working in a friendly team environment, with considerable responsibility for co-ordinating patient care.  Duties include telephone and email enquiries, front desk management of patients pre-and post-appointment, patient and third-party billings, co-ordinating clinic appointments and lists, and managing correspondence in and out.  Our practice software is Clinic to Cloud, and computer literacy and experience is essential.

This position would suit an applicant with previous medical secretary experience, looking for a role that is challenging and interesting.  A full-time position is available, but part-time or casual work could be considered depending upon suitability.
