Are you ready to bring world-class corporate events to life? Our client, a leading global events agency, is looking for a talented Events Coordinator to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-paced agency delivering large-scale conferences, meetings, product launches, and corporate events for some of the world's biggest brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end coordination of events, including venue sourcing, supplier management, AV, catering, and delegate logistics
  • Assist in developing and managing event timelines, budgets, and run sheets
  • Coordinate registrations, delegate communications, and reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
  • Provide on-site support and ensure every event meets client expectations
  • Contribute to post-event reporting and continuous improvement

About You:

  • Previous experience in corporate event coordination, ideally within an agency environment (desired)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with EventsAir or Cvent (essential)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for events
