The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Events Coordinator to support and contribute to national events and communications activities. You'll coordinate and execute events such as site tours, speaking engagements, and branding initiatives, ensuring every event is well-organised, impactful, and aligned with Buildcorp's brand and strategic goals.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute national events, including Group-led events, speaking engagements, and internal communications sessions.
  • Enhance market and employee awareness through events and partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue bookings, invite distribution, and guest list management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to prepare content for social media and marketing strategies.
  • Work with stakeholders to drive event objectives and ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Support development of promotional materials, including social media content, invitations, programs, and post-event media.

About You:

  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven experience coordinating corporate, community, or fundraising events at a national level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Ability to manage high-frequency workloads, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly PowerPoint and InDesign.

This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the ideal candidate.
