THE OPPORTUNITY
  • Champion the ATC, venue and carnival brands to ensure it is brought to life consistently across all touchpoints.
  • Lead marketing communication plan creation and execution to deliver against strategic objectives for race days, meetings & events and memberships.
  • Work closely with key agencies across creative, media planning and data insights to deliver timely, motivating and aspirational marketing campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure that materials are delivered and campaigns executed on time and in full.
  • Responsible for budget monitoring across marketing including expenditure, reporting on variances and complying with ATC's polices on financial management.
THE RIGHT FIT
  • Minimum six years' marketing experience, with preference for experience in venues, hotels, events, sports or hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning, architecture, and identity, with experience shaping
  • consistent and compelling brand narratives across all touchpoints.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, from brief to execution to deliver against communication goals and commercial targets.
  • Experience creating and managing integrated media plans across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet specific KPIs.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to brief.
  • Competence in managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Strong skills in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, clients, and partners.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and analytics to inform decision-making and campaign adjustments. · Relevant tertiary qualifications.
