Are you a passionate and proactive spa professional looking to take on a dynamic role in a boutique spa setting? We’re looking for a Spa All-Rounder to join our dedicated team, someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and can manage a variety of responsibilities with confidence and care.

About the Role:
As our Spa All-Rounder, you’ll be at the core of our day spa’s daily operations. This is a unique, multifaceted position where you’ll manage bookings and client service, perform massage and body treatments, contribute to marketing and social media, and oversee smooth operations of our 2-room spa. Product knowledge and retail skills are also key to your success in this role.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Providing high-quality massage and spa treatments to clients
- Overseeing the daily running and presentation of treatment rooms and spa area
- Promoting and selling skincare and wellness products
- Assisting with marketing initiatives including social media content, newsletters, and promotions
- Ensuring a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all guests

What We’re Looking For:

- Qualified massage therapist with at least 1-2 years’ experience (Diploma preferred)
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Experience with spa or salon booking systems
- Confidence with social media and basic marketing tools
- Positive, reliable, and flexible with a can-do attitude
- Product knowledge in skincare and wellness is a plus
