**The Role**
The Data Analyst would be responsible for providing the Colossalbet team with data-driven insights that guide marketing optimization and investment decisions. You will be accountable for providing insights and recommendations that include digital and customer and campaign analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the Colossalbet team. Development and ongoing management of data assets for marketing operations.
- Customer Segmentation and Deep Dive analysis, helping the Colossalbet team with audience selection and measuring campaign effectiveness. Customer insights, profiling, and behavioural analysis including A/B testing - Conducting data analysis on large amounts of customers’ wagering data sets, identifying trends, betting patterns, client behaviour, and insights to inform business decisions.
- Report automation and dashboard creation for marketing and company KPIs.
- Creating reports and sports data visualisations for various Australian Sporting Bodies using Tableau predominantly.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional peers and sectors such as Marketing, Finance, Strategy Management, and Operations to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Utilizing Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud on the admin level to manage marketing/offer communications to the customers, planned by the data team.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
