**What is FS8?**

FS8 combines Pilates (mat & reformer), low-impact functional movements and yoga, into one never been done before fitness concept Each day brings a different workout, some of which incorporate whole-body movements that flow to elevate the heart rate and provide general fitness conditioning. Others will target specific body parts to increase strength and endurance of upper, lower and core muscles, and some aim to restore equilibrium within the body and mind for health and wellbeing.

**Helix House **is the ultimate recovery and relaxation destination. It is equipped with infrared saunas and ice plunges making it your one stop home for all your wellness needs. Our locations come with private rooms, allowing you to take a moment to relax by yourself or with a friend.

Everyone has their own reasons for visiting us, whether it be relaxation, muscle and joint relief, mental health, immune system boost, or detoxing. We are here to help with your healing journey.

**THE ROLE**:
You are responsible for the appearance and the experience within the studios of both FS8 and Helix
House. You must set the standard for customer experience through your interactions with all
customers utilising both businesses. You are the administration manager representing FS8 and Helix
House and the main points of contact for members and staff for anything related to both FS8 and
Helix House. You are also responsible for social media content creation and platform management for
both businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- FS8 and Helix House administration management
- Setting the standard for Customer Experience and professionalism across both FS8 and Helix
House, ensuring a consistent 10/10 experience every time
- Drive a positive in-studio and team culture at all times
- Ensuring the appearance of both spaces is at a consistently high standard to support the
excellent customer experience
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the studio to ensure it’s always at a 10/10

SKILLS REQUIRED
- At least 2 years of Business / Administration Management experience
- Preferred - Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates certified, Cert 3 / 4, 200hr yoga certified
- Marketing background is highly desirable
- Must be extremely passionate about changing members' lives and building a strong community
- Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
- Passionate about fitness and health
- Highly energetic and can build great rapport
- Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the class delivery is at a consistent 10/10 standard, promoting an energetic & welcoming environment for members
- Responsible for the management of the studio & it's staff
- Maintain and grow the total membership base to increase studio revenue month over month
- Responsible for membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral/lead generation activities
- Ensure the sales process is followed at all times
- Manage studio budgets and maintain expenses
- Manage all class scheduling and trainer rostering / time-sheets
- Manage all daily operational procedures
- Manage local area marketing / outreach and organic social media platforms
- Ensure all Front Desk systems and practices (such as Mindbody) are maintained
- Ensure studio practices/processes are adhered to, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling and general member enquiries
- Managing business to business and corporate partnerships
- Maintain cleanliness, appearance and organisation of the studio
- Maintain all studio equipment and ensure repairs and replacements are scheduled on time
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all workouts and athletic updates
- Ideally within this role, the manager will also facilitate 8/10 classes per week
