Montefiore is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the professional and fast paced Marketing & Communications team.

Reporting to the Group Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be an experienced marketing professional who excels in an agile environment.

**The Role**:
Key responsibilities include:

- coordinating social media content,
- handling internal/external briefs,
- maintaining marketing calendars,
- coordinating vendor relations,
- managing publication timelines
- supporting content creation.

Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing is desirable, however initiative and a proactive approach are essential for this dynamic role.

**Required skills**:

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Passionate about people-centred marketing
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with WordPress, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work pro-actively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Your enthusiasm and positive attitude along with your ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders will be the key to your success.
