About the Role

This role combines coaching with member care. Most of your time will be spent delivering 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions that drive real results. You'll also take on aspects of our Member Relations team—welcoming members at the front desk, assisting with tours and enquiries, and helping new people feel at home.

It's a varied role: some hours you'll be leading a class, others you might be the first smile members see as they walk in. Either way, you'll be central to building relationships and strengthening our community.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver personal training and small-group coaching sessions.
  • Lead consultations and onboarding to set members up for long-term success.
  • Support Member Relations when needed—covering reception, helping with tours, and managing basic admin.
  • Be a positive, approachable presence both on the gym floor and at the front desk.
  • Build strong member relationships to drive retention and results.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent).
  • CPR & First Aid certifications.
  • Working With Children Check (police check may also be requested).
  • Great people skills: you enjoy chatting, connecting, and building relationships.
  • Reliability, initiative, and a willingness to pitch in where needed.
  • Availability for evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.35 – $40.43 per hour
