Your role
We have an opportunity for a Consultant, Sales and Services to join our community-minded WFI family.
You'll work with new and existing valued clients and assist them with their insurance needs. You'll need a customer-first approach, so we can continue building on our goal of being 'Great people to know'—offering "insurance you can shake hands with". Based in Naarm (Melbourne), this permanent opportunity requires full-time availability Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm). During your first 6 months, you'll complete the ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. You'll be working from an WFI office during this time to ensure you get the supervised training you need. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered after this period subject to business requirements.

About You

• Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
• Confident with the ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
• Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills from face-to-face or phone-based roles
• Reliable, accountable, and always looking for ways to improve and grow in your role
