• Total Indicative Remuneration: $366,283 - $822,189 p.a. (pro rata) – MD2
• Temporary Part-Time – working 18.75 hours per week, up to 12 months

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Consultant in Respiratory and Thoracic Medicine.

In this role you will:

• provide specialist respiratory medicine consultation and treatment
• lead clinical decision-making for complex respiratory conditions
• mentor junior medical staff and contribute to teaching programmes
• participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance
• collaborate with allied health professionals to optimise patient outcomes

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.

The Total Indicative Remuneration figure is calculated taking into account base salary, leave loading and superannuation as well as managerial allowances, professional development or any other allowances where appropriate.
