To support our growth, we are seeking experienced **Asset Administrator** to join our team on a part time basis at our Canning Vale office. Reporting to the Asset manager, you will be responsible for processing a broad variety of documentation and tasks utilising the various manual and electronic systems in a timely and accurate manner.

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Accountable for processing, submitting and records maintenance of:

- Wear consumables management systems including Tyres, Undercarriage, Drill Strings and G.E.T.
- Capital Expenditure data entry
- Asset acquisition and transfer documentation
- Purchase requisitions
- Purchase order and logistics tracking
- Asset master directory and integration within CMMS (Pronto/SAP)
- Accountable for any other day to day and reasonable administrative duties as directed.
