TP is searching for an Media Coordinator based in Melbourne to join our team helping support us in our goal to be the most referred agency partner in the country. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Seamless and on-time execution of content plans, advertising strategies, creative briefs and reporting.
  • Strategic creativity and the ability to interpret data to inform the creative process.
  • Scheduling and optimisation of content and advertising across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google and other digital platforms.
  • Following Customer Service SLAs for your client portfolio and ensuring any issues are resolved and the loop is closed.
  • Optimisation of ad campaigns to ensure the clients' budget is maximised.
  • Analysing digital metrics and pulling clear, actionable recommendations for the upcoming period.
  • Adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Have a clear understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with several clients on a daily and ongoing basis in a professional manner to build trust and rapport.
  • Lead the development of WIP documents and actively take notes in each client discussion to support your Account Manager.
  • Actively participate in Team Meetings such as Brainstorms and Strategic Refreshes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or similar
  • 6-12 months experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.
  • Ability to show initiative in all areas of the role.
  • Great organisational skills and deadline adherence.
  • Ability to think critically and objectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
  • A results and team-oriented attitude.
  • A passion for social marketing and delivering tangible results for your clients.
  • Personable and friendly with the confidence to participate in internal and external meetings.
  • Driven, motivated, and keen to work in Account Management as a career.
