About Infinity Group Australia

Are you the kind of person who puts your shopping trolley back at the supermarket?

We ask that question a lot around here - not because we care about trolleys (we don't
not
care - they are pretty handy), but because we care about character. At Infinity, we believe being a better person - professionally and personally - starts with the small stuff. Integrity, ownership, and doing the right thing even when no one's watching.

Infinity Group Australia exists to help everyday Australians conquer debt, build wealth, and create lasting financial freedom. Our average client pays off their home loan up to 20 years early and saves $270,000 in interest thanks to our flagship Rapid Repay program.

What started as a personal vision has grown into one of Australia's most awarded financial services groups; built on education, driven by transformation, and backed by real results.

As we continue to scale, our founders Rebecca and Graeme Holm remain deeply connected to the business, keeping our mission personal, powerful, and people-first.

The Role

We're not looking for a cookie-cutter recruiter. We're looking for someone who's got personality, grit, and creative firepower - someone who can scout great talent, tell a compelling story, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where we laugh loud, don't take ourselves too seriously but
we over-deliver on everything we do.

Reporting to the
Talent Manager,
the
Talent Acquisition Partner,
will be central to Infinity's ongoing national growth, helping us find and hire the kind of people who get shit done, challenge the norm, and genuinely care about helping our clients achieve financial freedom.

This is a brand-new role, created because we're growing fast and need someone who can build, shape, and evolve how we attract talent across the country. You'll support end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions - Financial Services, Property, Property Management, Customer Service, Compliance, Marketing and IT - and work closely with leaders to design smart attraction strategies, build pipelines, and deliver memorable candidate experiences.

You'll be part of a national HR team, supporting broader initiatives like onboarding, employer branding, and culture-building. This role goes beyond recruitment - it's about helping shape the energy and experience across all offices. Semi-regular travel to the Gold Coast and other locations is part of the gig, as you help build a connected, high-performing team nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding across multiple business units
  • Develop creative and engaging attraction strategies that bring Infinity's employer brand to life
  • Create content for job ads, social media, and recruitment campaigns (including video, stories, and posts)
  • Build strong talent pipelines and proactively source for upcoming roles using a variety of proactive sourcing strategies
  • Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs and provide strategic hiring advice
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, feedback, and offer processes with precision and care
  • Deliver a seamless, professional, and memorable candidate experience at every stage

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 2–5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internal or agency)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles while maintaining detail and quality
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A creative mindset and flair for storytelling through content and campaigns
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering results
  • Ability to pass criminal record check and credit history check (mandatory)

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in financial services, mortgage broking, or property sectors
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing, content creation, or employer branding

Why Join Infinity?

At Infinity, we don't just change our clients' lives, we change the lives of our people too. Here's what joining our team means for you and your family:

  • Financial Empowerment
    – Free access to become an Infinity client, including support from our mortgage brokers, advisers, strategists, and relationship managers (who wouldn't love to pay off their home loan in under 7 years?)
  • Career Growth
    – Infinity has grown rapidly and we're only getting started. With rapid growth comes rapid opportunity.
  • Competitive Remuneration
    – We hire the best, and we reward the best.
  • First-Class Onboarding
    – Includes an all-expenses-paid trip to our Gold Coast HQ, where your infinity journey will begin

At Infinity, giving back is part of who we are. Through initiatives like the Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal, our team helped raise over $250,000 last year to support children and families in need, and we're just getting started as we aim for $500,000 for Christmas '25.

Ready to Join Us?

If you're someone who puts the shopping trolley back - not because you have to, but because it's the right thing to do - you'll fit right in here.

We're building a team of people who take ownership, bring energy, and genuinely want to be better every day - professionally and personally.

Submit your application today or reach out directly to

at Infinity Group via LinkedIn if you've got questions or just want to chat about the role.
