Within our broader Merchandise unit, the TGI Sport Community Clubs team are experts in finding solutions for Clubs on and off field apparel requirements. We are very proud to be the official distributor of Puma Team Wear Apparel in Australia and New Zealand offering products from one of the largest and recognisable Sports Brands in the World.

The Opportunity:

This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who excels in customer service and operational efficiency. You'll be the go-to person for managing orders, onboarding clubs to our Community Clubs portal and ensuring seamless order process from receipt to delivery.

You'll be:

  • Manage end-to-end club orders from receipt to delivery
  • Onboard new clubs to the Community Clubs portal
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain for timely fulfillment
  • Build strong relationships with clubs, associations, and partners
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Identify process improvements to enhance service and efficiency
