**Position Summary / Primary Purpose of the Position**
The **Marketing Coordinator **will support the Brand Managers to deliver initiatives to acquire and retain customers and improve brand performance across our portfolio of products.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
The key duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Providing input into the development of differentiation strategies to increase market share, build brand equity, and maximise opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams across the business (Customer, Product, Development, Content, Production) to support the delivery of the marketing strategy.
- Coordinate the inputs and on-time delivery of marketing materials for a full range of activities, including briefing, coordinating feedback and execution across core channels e.g. paid advertising, PR, social, and owned channels.
- Coordinate talent social media requests and briefs across all teams to maximise organic exposure
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all brands and touchpoints.
- Assisting the Brand Managers with reporting, planning and project coordination needs.
- *Remaining up to date on digital marketing trends and opportunities.
This role is not limited to the above tasks and responsibilities and you may be required to perform tasks which are outside the scope of your role.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working for a brand or agency spanning various aspects of digital marketing (paid media, earned media, product launches and marketing campaigns)
- Previous experience in developing advertising materials (briefing, coordinating feedback, execution), and working with agencies on digital advertising
- Experience in project coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Experience in B2C and DTC brands, health and fitness, subscription and/or digital product business an advantage
**Knowledge/Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for best practice in digital marketing with meticulous attention to detail, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Intermediate Google Suite (sheets, docs etc) and Trello skills. Able to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads
- Creative and innovative, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Interest in health, fitness, food, mindfulness and general wellbeing.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
