Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive located in Cremorne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will support the Account Manager with managing client relationships, develop and execute strategic campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. Daily tasks include maintaining communication with clients, activating and optimising campaigns, providing insights and reports, and ensuring projects meet client expectations and deadlines.
Key Accountabilities
- Seamless and on-time execution of plans, advertising strategies, and reporting.
- The ability to interpret data to inform optimisations and recommendations.
- Scheduling and optimisation of content and advertising across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google and other digital platforms.
- Optimisation of ad campaigns to ensure the clients' budget is maximised.
- Have a clear understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Provide support directly to the Account Manager in a variety of capacities, as required.
- Liaise with several clients on a daily and ongoing basis in a professional manner to build trust and rapport.
- Lead the development of WIP documents and actively take notes in each client discussion to support your Account Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
- Relationship building and client management skills
- Paid media planning and campaign execution experience (specifically social and search)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
- 1-2 years of advertising or marketing industry experience
