What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a dynamic and driven Content Coordinator to join our Megapack Content team in APAC.
In this role, you'll support the Content and Communications Manager in delivering strategies across events, social media, and marketing initiatives.
Your work will build awareness, educate audiences, and drive demand for Megapack products. You'll collaborate with sales, policy, engineering, deployment teams, and customers to create engaging materials that reflect Tesla's mission and showcase Megapack's impact.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communications skills and experience in content creation, marketing or communications/PR. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with an eye for detail and excitement to create impactful content that accelerates the world's transition to sustainable energy.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with regional Sales, Engineering, Policy, and Business Development teams to create and execute product content (e.g., sales presentations, brochures, videos, photography, talking points, and case studies) for Megapack.
- Work with customers and internal teams to review and prepare marketing and communications materials, including social media content, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
- Oversee third-party photo and video agencies to develop case studies for key projects, for use in sales collateral and online channels.
- Compile media coverage reports following significant events, such as product launches or speaking engagements.
- Develop and implement social media strategies for APAC accounts, in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Maintain up-to-date customer Marketing and Communications Guidelines documents.
- Support day-to-day team operations, including tracking objectives and deliverables, managing content schedules, and preparing video shoot briefs and event talking points.
- Build and maintain expertise in Tesla Energy products, with a focus on Megapack.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in communications, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Australia.
