Sales Consultant

BaptistCare is looking for a Sales Consultant for a full time 6 month maximum term position. What You'll Do:
- Conduct engaging tours and appointments (in-person, virtual, floorplans, images) to showcase our retirement living accommodation and amenities
- Collaborate with the Sales Hub to convert leads into happy residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
- Regular travel between sites in Sydney
- Ensure timely, caring responses to customer questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality in our CRM system

About You:

- Strong relationship-building skills and a warm, professional approach.
- Able to nurture customer relationships
- Experience in needs-based sales ideally in Retirement Living, Aged Care, or property.
- Resilient and adaptable ,comfortable with change, ambiguity, and flexing into new systems and situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a caring, professional approach
- Strong computer skills (CRM/database/reporting experience preferred)
- Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Exposure to the Retirement Living Act and Regulations is a plus.
