We provide pre-qualified, in-house verified appointments daily—no cold calling required. Our sales system is proven, effective, and designed to help you succeed. You'll earn base pay plus uncapped commissions, with the average consultant making between $2,000 and $3,000 per week. Our top performer earned over $13,000 in just one week. As a Face-to-Face Solar Sales Consultant, you'll attend pre-booked residential appointments across Sydney. You'll meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and confidently present our solar solution. Your role involves guiding them through the sign-up process and working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth installation and aftercare. It's a people-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping others save money.

We're looking for individuals with previous B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally in a face-to-face setting. However, we're also open to candidates from strong customer-facing backgrounds who are eager to succeed in sales. Excellent communication and closing skills are essential, along with a valid driver's licence. You should be self-motivated, dependable, and available Monday to Friday, with weekends optional.
