Harley-Heaven & Triumph Sydney is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Motorcycle Sales Consultants.

Located in Tempe, Harley-Heaven Sydney has established itself as a Sydney icon as well as having the Triumph Brand. With a strong focus on the Harley-Davidson and Triumph brands, we require 3 experienced Motorcycle Sales Consultants to join the team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and Sales Consultants to work cohesively with our passionate team to exceed sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through building strong relationships and consistency of follow-ups.
  • Use professional sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via phone, online or walk-ins.
  • Ensure each customer has a strong introduction to the Parts/Accessories team and F&I team.
  • Diligence in following up on all customer paperwork, with strong attention to detail.
  • Consistently keeping up to date with products and trends in the motorcycle industry.

You will have:

  • 2 years of previous experience in an Automotive sales role.
  • Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Internet.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Road to a Sale.
  • Technical knowledge relating to motorcycles is preferred.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Experience and understanding of working to KPIs.
