What we are looking for:
We are currently looking for experienced and motivated Sales Consultants to join our direct sales team. In this role, you'll work with warm leads generated from our website - no cold calling involved. You will help our clients find tailored storage solutions that meet their specific needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include;
- Consultative Sales:
Engage with customers to understand their unique storage requirements, offering tailored solutions to convert leads into Super Easy Storage customers.
- Lead Management:
Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Relationship Building:
Build rapport with customers, instill trust, and foster long-term relationships, creating a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales Targets:
Meet weekly and monthly sales goals, maintaining a results-driven focus.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the company's leadership team, gaining valuable exposure to various aspects of the business.
What we're looking for;
- Experience:
A minimum of 2 years in B2C sales, with proven success in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Skills:
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with the capacity to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- CRM Proficiency:
Experience with CRM systems; Hubspot desirable.
- Work Ethic:
A self-starter with a resilient mindset, a sense of humour, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Organisational Skills:
Strong time management and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
