Role: Sales Consultant

Are you an energetic, motivated sales professional looking to make an impact? We're seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced Sydney team. You'll be working with warm inbound leads — qualified tradies already interested in RPL — and helping them navigate the process from first contact to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with inbound leads and scheduled appointments
  • Educate clients on how RPL converts trade experience into nationally recognised qualifications
  • Use our 
    Go High Level CRM
     to stay organised and track every stage of your pipeline
  • Manage prospects through the entire sales journey — from enquiry to sign-up
  • Build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Provide empathetic, clear, and professional support tailored to each individual's background, experience, and goals
  • Collaborate with the Certify You team to improve workflows, outreach, and client onboarding
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Who You Are

You'll bring:

  • Minimum 1 year of phone-based sales experience (inbound or outbound)
  • Cold calling OR consultative selling experience with proven results
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence communicating across multiple channels — phone, email, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and simply
  • Experience in education, training, or vocational services (RPL knowledge a bonus, not essential)
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
  • A collaborative attitude — confident yet coachable
  • A results-oriented approach with a genuine desire to succeed
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Go High Level experience is a plus)

Salary & Earnings

On Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 – $130,000+ (uncapped)

  • Base Salary:
     $49,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience)
  • Monthly performance bonuses for hitting targets
  • KPI bonuses tied to appointment setting, conversion rates, and overall sales results
  • Uncapped commission structure with accelerators for exceeding KPIs
  • Additional earning potential through upselling value-added services
  • Sponsorship opportunities available for suitably qualified candidates
