About Us
National Dental Care (NDC) is one of Australia's largest dental service providers, with a growing network of over 108 modern practices across the country. Proudly Australian-owned, we're passionate about supporting our people and patients through innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and empathetic
HR Advisor
to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll be the go-to HR support for our WA, NT & SA practices, providing expert advice and support across all areas of the employee lifecycle.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable slightly later hours to align with these time zones (for example 10am to 6pm) and who can remain contactable until the practices in these regions have closed. This role offers a hybrid work model (one week: Mon–Wed in office; the following week: Mon–Thu in office), giving you the flexibility to balance office collaboration with working from home.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.
- Guide and support managers through performance management and employee relations processes.
- Interpret and apply relevant awards, policies, and legislation to ensure compliance and best practical outcomes.
- Support with cyclical P&C initiatives such as remuneration reviews
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support the HR Administrator with employment documentation and HR transactions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and champion NDC's values and Code of Conduct.
About You
