We're Hiring: Part-Time Administration - Immediate start.
Location: Westside Timbers, Toowoomba, QLD
Hours: 3–4 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Wage: Negotiable based on experience and skillset
Are you an experienced admin professional looking for a flexible role? We're on the hunt for someone who's confident, capable, and ready to take ownership of key business functions.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Manage: bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Payroll: Process payroll for a team of 16 staff with accuracy and confidentiality
- Accounts: Handle both accounts receivable and payable with precision
- Workplace Health & Safety: Oversee and maintain our WHS program
- General Admin: Support day-to-day operations
We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar admin or business support role
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and experience with payroll systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with WHS compliance (or willingness to learn)
- Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
Work Schedule:
- 3 to 4 days per week
- Monday to Friday (flexible hours available)
Remuneration:
- Wage is negotiable depending on your experience and the value you bring to the role
