We currently have a permanent part-time position for two days per week (or equivalent hours) available within our WA Branch based in Perth. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly across multiple departments.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll be a go-to person for administrative support, ensuring day-to-day business functions are handled with accuracy and efficiency. From managing induction processes to keeping the office humming, you'll be part of the central hub that connects our people, processes, and clients. The role reports directly to the Administration Manager providing administration support to the branch and Senior Management.

The responsibilities of the successful applicant will include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate and conduct staff inductions.
  • Manage and update various portals and databases.
  • Accounts receivable and payable processing/Account reconciliation and financial data accuracy.
  • Booking catering, vehicles, and meeting requirements.
  • Manage shared inboxes and correspondence.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed.
  • Oversee general office maintenance and supplies.
  • Manage onsite contractors and reception duties.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Develop reports and maintain documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement.

The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role (industry experience advantageous).
  • Strong computer literacy – MS Office and SharePoint essential.
  • SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
