Join Our Team – Recruitment/Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment/Administration Officer to join our growing team in Perth. This full-time role offers variety, career development, and the chance to contribute to major mining and resource projects. Flexibility around school hours is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team
  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience required
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment activities including job advertising, candidate screening, reference checks, and onboarding
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience required
  • Oversee and mentor other administrators, managing workloads and priorities
  • Prepare and maintain professional documentation including tenders, project submissions, registers, and reporting packs
  • Must have excellent excel experience
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
  • Experience in the mining or resources industry preferred
