We are seeking to establish a pool of suitably qualified applicants who may be considered to fill permanent and fixed-term, full-time and part-time opportunities that may arise over the next twelve (12) months following the finalisation of the selection process.
Two vacancies are currently available to be backfilled immediately upon completion of this pool process: Administrative Support Officer (15847) and Administrative Support Officer (15949).

The role
As the Administrative Officer, you will form part of a dynamic team responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative functions of the Project Manager and supporting testing activities during application development.
Drawing on your experience in administration and stakeholder support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of project outcomes and supporting quality assurance processes.
Your strong organisational skills and experience in providing administrative support within a project or office environment will be key to your success in this role.
You will bring to the team your expertise in coordinating administrative tasks, preparing reports, and maintaining effective records, as well as your ability to contribute to user acceptance testing by designing and executing test cases and reporting on outcomes.

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments) at the time of application.
