Senior Coordinator
Do you want to work with purpose, impact lives, and thrive in a company that doesn't just talk about work-life balance — we live it?
We're looking for a superstar Senior Coordinator – Program and Sales to join the team behind renowned peak performance researcher, author and speaker Dr Adam Fraser. Our mission is to help organisations and individuals flourish by transforming how they work, live and lead. Through our research-driven programs, keynote speaking, and evidence-based tools, we help clients make lasting change.
This is not your average Coordinator role. You'll be at the heart of our high-performance, high-human-impact programs and events. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of our client programs, while also playing a key role in driving sales, managing relationships, providing operational support and office coordination and supporting a fast-paced, purpose-led team.
What You'll Do
Program Coordination
- Manage all logistics of program delivery from scheduling and onboarding to completion and evaluation.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure they receive an exceptional experience.
- Track feedback and quality to make sure our work consistently hits the mark.
- Create beautiful and engaging collateral using Canva and InDesign.
- Work seamlessly with a small, values-led team that punches well above its weight.
Sales Coordination
- Support and drive the sales process: from CRM management to closing deals.
- Advise clients on which of our solutions best fit their needs.
- Customise program offerings based on your growing knowledge of our services.
- Track pipeline and performance, and keep our systems sharp and up to date.
Why Join Us?
You'll be working directly with Dr Adam Fraser, whose science-backed work has transformed the lives of thousands of professionals. We partner with leading organisations across education, healthcare, government and business. You'll gain exposure to meaningful work that blends commercial outcomes with personal growth.
- Live your values: We don't just promote work-life balance — we actually live it. We walk the talk.
- Purpose-driven impact: Be part of a company that's changing how the world works, thinks and leads.
- Culture that cares: Small, agile, smart, human. We look out for each other and make work feel good.
- Development: Learn fast, take ownership, and expand your skills in a unique cross-functional role.
- Location perks: Hybrid flexibility, free local parking, and easy access to public transport.
About You
You are:
- A doer. You get things done with excellence and pace.
- A people person. Clients, colleagues, stakeholders — you make them feel heard and valued.
- A fast learner. You absorb product knowledge and use it to advise with confidence.
- Detail-oriented but never lose sight of the big picture.
- Passionate about meaningful work and motivated by outcomes that make a difference.
This is your chance to join a small team making a big difference.
If you're looking for a role that blends purpose, performance, creativity and client impact — we want to hear from you.
Apply Now with your resume and a short cover letter explaining why this role and this team is your next move.
