We're looking for a superstar Senior Coordinator – Program and Sales to join the team behind renowned peak performance researcher, author and speaker Dr Adam Fraser. Through our research-driven programs, keynote speaking, and evidence-based tools, we help clients make lasting change.

This is not your average Coordinator role. You'll be at the heart of our high-performance, high-human-impact programs and events. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of our client programs, while also playing a key role in driving sales, managing relationships, providing operational support and office coordination and supporting a fast-paced, purpose-led team.

What You'll Do

Program Coordination

  • Manage all logistics of program delivery from scheduling and onboarding to completion and evaluation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure they receive an exceptional experience.
  • Track feedback and quality to make sure our work consistently hits the mark.
  • Create beautiful and engaging collateral using Canva and InDesign.
  • Work seamlessly with a small, values-led team that punches well above its weight.

Sales Coordination

  • Support and drive the sales process: from CRM management to closing deals.
  • Advise clients on which of our solutions best fit their needs.
  • Customise program offerings based on your growing knowledge of our services.
  • Track pipeline and performance, and keep our systems sharp and up to date.
